"I started my dance training at the very early age of three years old doing ballet classes. I continued my love for ballet through RAD. The Royal Academy of Dance promotes knowledge, understanding and practice of dance internationally. 

They seek to accomplish our mission through promoting dance, educating and training students and teachers and providing examinations to reward achievement.

Following my success at various ballet dance exams with the Royal Academy of Dancing (R.A.D) I studied tap and modern jazz through The International Dance Teachers' Association.

Pole dancing came as a natural progression and a means to broaden  my dance ability.  I recognized this style of dance as a stand alone art form and sexy type of exercise that should be shared and promoted as a positive mental and physical activity to be enjoyed. 

I opened my own pole dancing studio in Johannesburg, South Africa and thoroughly enjoyed watching my students transform in their levels of confidence and self esteem as well as body shape and fitness. I am so proud of my many students who won beginner and intermediate division competitions.

As a family we moved to Australia in 2008, (yes, I am a mother of three beautiful children aged 9, 6 an 4).  I have opened my Sensual Dance Studio here in Adelaide, South Australia.

Pole dancing is addictive and is an amazing form of exercise it is a skill learnt and loved by everyone who has tried it.
