Questions About Coming To Class
What To Wear
- Comfortable sports top, not tight fitting and no oversized T-shirts.
- Gym shorts
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water
- NO OIL or CREAMS on your body as it makes it difficult to grip the pole.
- Shoes are optional, but bare feet preferred.
- You are allowed to bring high heel shoes or boots after your 3rd lesson.
- If you have tender knees, bring a spare towel/cushion for floor workout sessions (only required until you are used to kneeling).
- Anyone can attend, even if it's your first day.
What Else Do I Need To Know Before I Start?
It’s extremely natural to feel a little nervous at first but you will be surprised at how quickly you relax into it and how quickly your inhibitions and your sensuality are released. Anyone can join this is for the every day woman, all ages, all sizes and all fitness levels from novices to intermediates.
Rules
- Students who arrive intoxicated before class will be asked to leave.
- If a student cannot make a class 24 hour notice must be given and a make-up class will be given. Only one make-up class is allowed.
